Substitution Policy

Our bouquets and plants are individually arranged with loving care and no two are exactly the same. There is some natural variation in size, shape, and characteristics. We make every effort to bring you a design that as closely as possible matches the product as it appears on our website.

Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your order due to the availability of certain flowers and plants.  Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement, using flowers and plants of equal or higher value. Additionally, the substitution of certain container may be necessary. In single-flower arrangements, such as an all rose bouquet, or orchids, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another color.
